When will my order arrive?

Each one of our prints will take approximately 14 business days to print and frame. Delays may occur, however you will be notified via email or text.

Can I frame these prints myself?

Yes, of course. We offer unframed prints leaving you with the option to customised the look and feel of your final piece. Select “no frame” when adding any artwork to your cart.

How do I receive my order?

At the checkout tab the store pick up option will be pre-selected. Contact will be made via email to organise a suitable pick up/drop off.

Do you ship Internationally?

No, currently we do not ship Internationally or Australian wide. We are local pick up only. We are still currently working on selecting a courier option that will deliver your chosen piece with the upmost care.

Can I make customisations to the frame for a small cost?

Unfortunately we are unable to make any customisations to frame and print sizes at this stage. We are looking into more size options expected to release in the near future. We currently offer 2 size options - Standard Size (420mm x 315mm) & Collectors Size (850mm x 600mm).

What are your frames made from?

All our frames are made from wood with each piece framed by hand.

What is your policy return?

Each piece takes time and is custom printed and framed so we are unable to accept returns.
